In between visits, what is the best way to get my questions answered?
 
 

When leaving a message for the nurse or doctor, you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, a number where you can be reached and a brief description of your question or concern.  Our switchboard opens at 9:00 a.m.; for best results call as early in the day as possible.  Calls are returned as soon  as your chart is pulled and the nurse can get an answer for you.  This may take several hours or even most of the day, depending on the number of calls taken and the urgency of each call.  Our goal is to answer all calls the same day, but you may get a call the following day.  ALL calls are very important to us, as they are to you, and every effort will be made to return your call as soon as possible.

If your question is not urgent, make a note of it and bring it to your next visit.
