It is not necessary to bring someone with you unless you need help undressing/dressing or walking.  Family members are not able to be with patients during all the tests, but are invited to wait in the reception area.

Non-ambulatory patients from skilled nursing facilities should always be accompanied by a family member or a staff member who can assist them in dressing and undressing, and getting on and off the tables.
