Southeastern Heart participates in most major healthplans, including those on the list below; however, you should verify your benefits with your insurance company prior to your appointment.  If you are uninsured, or if we do not participate with your insurance, one of our financial counselors will be happy to work out a financial plan for you prior to your visit.  We do not file Veteran''s Administration (VA) Claims.

If your plan requires a specialist referral from your primary care physician, please remember that it is your responsibility to obtain that referral and bring it to your visit.  We do attempt to keep an updated referral on file once we have it in our office.

Copays are due at the time of service and may be paid by cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.  If you are coming in for testing only, please check with your insurance company to see if a copay will be charged.  If you do not bring your copay, your appointment may be rescheduled.
